Products and personalization
We sell personalized metal signs produced and fulfilled by My Easy Monogram. Review your text, initial, date, size, color and preview before ordering. Product sizes are nominal; consult listing dimensions. Screen colors and illustrative shadows may differ from the physical item.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are disclosed at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; if we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any amount collected for unfulfilled items.

Delivery and returns
Our Shipping and Return and Refund policies form part of these terms. Made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Contact us immediately about requested changes; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Use of our website
Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or infringing content for personalization.
