Refund policy

Personalized signs are made to your specifications. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on personalized items, except where required by law.

Review your personalization, size, color and address before ordering. Customer-entered spelling or design errors are not production defects.

For damaged items or production errors, contact ctdarden1@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate with our production partner and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not return an item without instructions.

For changes or cancellations, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins. This policy does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
