Every personalized sign is made for your chosen text. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on personalized items, except where required by applicable law.
Please check before ordering
Review the spelling, dates, initial, size, color and shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customer-entered personalization mistakes are not production defects.
Damage or production errors
If your item arrives damaged or differs from the personalization you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue with our production partner and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send an item back without instructions.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.
